We want you to love your SOL Eyewear purchase! If you receive a defective or broken item, we are happy to assist with a return under the following conditions:

✅ Returns for a Full Refund

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Defective, damaged, and or color/style not as expected are eligible.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • While returns for store credit do not incur a fee, a $7 return fee will apply for refunds to the original payment method.

✅ Returns After 14 Days

  • Returns requested after 14 days (but within 30 days) will be eligible for store credit only.
  • Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as above.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
