What if I received the wrong item?
If you happen to get the wrong item, please use our Return Portal. When prompted, please choose the option "wrong item" and we will make it right!
Returns & Shipping
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your SOL Eyewear purchase! If you receive a defective or broken item, we are happy to assist with a return under the following conditions:
✅ Returns for a Full Refund
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Defective, damaged, and or color/style not as expected are eligible.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- While returns for store credit do not incur a fee, a $5 return fee will apply for refunds to the original payment method.
✅ Returns After 14 Days
- Returns requested after 14 days (but within 30 days) will be eligible for store credit only.
- Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as above.
- After the 14 day window, store credit returns will incur a $3 return fee.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
